Specialty courses are a great addition to your freediving journey! Enjoy spending longer focussing on your favourite disciplines or work on your areas for improvement.
Each 1-day specialty course is designed workshop style, tailored to your own current level and future goals, with plenty of time in the water to practice and finesse your skills and technique. Earn a recognised certification on completion.

NO-FINS SPECIALTY
1 DAY — 2.350.000
Often called the purest form of freediving, no-fins technique is similar to breaststroke, swimming horizontally in the pool or vertically down the line.
No-fins takes a perfect balance of technique, strength and mindfulness to train, and is an immensely satisfying way to dive once mastered.
Start in the pool optimising your DNF (Dynamic No Fins) for longer swims, and follow up diving CNF in the ocean (Constant-weight No Fins). We will work on the following and more:
POOL - DNF
Maximising efficiency and strength with the arm stroke and leg kick
Optimising streamlining, buoyancy and glide for DNF
Perfecting the stroke timing & reducing stroke count per lap
DEPTH - CNF
Dive planning and mental techniques for CNF
Refining the relaxation phase by using floats
Perfecting the CNF duck dive
Stroke optimisation for changing buoyancy zones
Streamlining, freefall and relaxation

MONOFIN SPECIALTY
1 DAY — 2.350.000
Explore your potential with the art and science of the perfect dolphin kick. Learning the fundamentals of monofinning, you will understand the balance of power and grace that takes world-class athletes to new depths year after year.
Over 1 day, you will spend a coached session in the pool finessing your dolphin kick technique and working towards longer dynamic swims (DYN), followed by a coached open-water session practicing your technique in the ocean (CWT).
We will work on the following and more:
POOL - CWT
Balancing strength and power in the kick with relaxation and maximum glide
Optimising streamlining and buoyancy
Practicing and perfecting a number of different styles of turn
DEPTH - CWT
Dive planning and mental techniques for CWT
Finding the perfect the relaxation phase set up
Perfecting the duck dive
Kick optimisation for changing buoyancy zones
Streamlining and equalisation options (arms overhead/mask vs noseclip)
Freefall position and turning with the monofin

TRAINING TECHNIQUES

Training Techniques is a one day workshop style course which will help you discover your strengths and weaknesses and create a personalised freediving training plan to reach your goals.
You will learn a range of valuable freediving training techniques used by professional athletes, as well as tips and tricks to help you improve your relaxation, CO2 tolerance, and overall performance. Walk away with the confidence of having a tailored plan to follow, and the skills to continue creating your own custom training plans as your performances and goals progress.
In this Speciality course you will:
Learn how to plan out a session from warmup to cooldown, with a specific training goal in mind
Practice a dynamic table and learn how to plan pool training sessions
Try a static apnea table that can be used for dry & pool static sessions
Learn Apnea walking tables for those days you can’t make it to the water
Optimise your overall training schedule towards a specific goal
