Level 2 teaches you how to truly become a freediver.
Experience the deep peace of a “freefall” and the buzz of completing a deep dive. We will teach you advanced equalisation techniques, new training methods, and work on longer breath-holds.
You will develop the skills necessary to freedive beyond 20m to depths of up to 30 meters.

Diving between 30 and 40 meters, well below the residual volume of the lungs, this is the specialist deep freediving course that will equip you with the proper knowledge, advanced equalisation skills, mental techniques and safety drills to take you deeper than ever before.

Our boat leaves from the front of the school once or twice daily. If you have a certification (minimum of Level 1 equiv) you can join a buoy with other divers of a similar level.
Focus on your own safe progression, while providing safety for your buddies. This is a great option for extra practice before or after your course, or if you are just looking to dive and enjoy the ocean or train longer term.

Lead by one of our experienced instructors, gain 1:1 feedback on your technique, work on your skills and gain the confidence you need to dive at your best!
Our instructors will create a personalised plan with you before the session, and provide detailed technique analysis with videos of your dives.

Been a while since you have been up and down the line? Join one of our instructors for a quick recap of breathing, EQ and safety theory. For the dive session, we will coach you with any tips and reminders you need to feel confident in your freediving and safety skills.
This course is recommended for anyone who holds a valid certification but hasn’t dived in a year or longer.
The Refresher Course takes half a day — 1.5 mil idr
SPECIALTY CERTIFICATIONS
Add a specialty to your course to focus on your favourite disciplines or work on your areas for improvement.
Each specialty course is designed workshop style, tailored to your own current level and future goals, with plenty of time in the water to practice and finesse your skills and technique. Earn a recognised certification on completion.

Often called the purest form of freediving, no-fins technique is similar to breaststroke, swimming horizontally in the pool or vertically down the line.
No-fins takes a perfect balance of technique, strength and mindfulness to train, and is an immensely satisfying way to dive once mastered.
Spend a coached session in the pool optimising your DNF (Dynamic No Fins) for longer swims, and follow up diving CNF in the ocean with our coach (Constant-weight No Fins).

Explore your potential with the art and science of the perfect dolphin kick. Learning the fundamentals of monofinning, you will understand the balance of power and grace that takes world-class athletes to new depths year after year.
Spend two coached sessions, one in the pool finessing your dolphin kick technique and working towards longer dynamic swims (DYN), followed by a coached open-water session practicing your technique in the ocean (CWT).

No problem! Start with Level 1, this will teach you all the basics you need to know. We recommend brushing up on basic swimming skills to feel more comfortable in the water before starting (but we can help with that too, so don’t let doubts hold you back!).
Once you have finished Level 1, you can keep training, take some coaching, or continue on with Level 2! Your certification will be recognised worldwide.

Amazing! If you are already comfortable in the water then this is a perfect head start. You will still need to take Level 1, this will fill in any gaps in your knowledge and it will teach you all the safety skills you need to continue training with us and with any other freediving school. After L1, you can continue on to Level 2, or just enjoy diving in our group line training sessions.

Yep! If you enjoyed your Level 1 and you have time, we encourage you to continue on to Level 2 to continue polishing off your technique and making the most of your new skills! Have a look at our packages here.

Currently due to local marine park regulations we cannot run reef trips from our boat. There are plenty of friendly snorkelling guides who can take you out from the island, or pop in to our office and we can show you a map of our favourite spots!
If we have enough students around we may arrange a group trip to our favourite reefs just offshore.

We do our freediving in a ‘drift diving’ set up. This means we rarely battle currents or wind chop, and allows a much smoother diving experience.
Our trusty wooden boat takes us out from the island (about a 10 minute trip), then we hop into the water with our freediving buoys & surface safety marker all connected in a line.
The boat will stay close by us while we dive, and pick us all up when we are ready to head back to shore.

We pride ourselves on having the most safe diving arrangement in Indonesia.
During your course, your instructor will explain some of the systems we should always use as freedivers, including buddy diving, rescue drills, safe equipment set up and counter-weight line retrieval.
As for our diving set up, we dive alongside an XL safety surface marker buoy, and our instructors carry a GPS inside the buoy & on the boat. We keep an Oxygen tank and emergency first aid kit on the boat. Our boat is always less than 1 minute away from the divers, meaning there is no need for long swims back to shore in an emergency situation. We have a detailed evacuation plan to reach the nearest hospital, should we ever need it, and we collaborate with the network of other dive schools on the island for emergency procedures.
We take safety very seriously and we frequently run trainings for all our boat captains, as well as our office staff and maintenance teams so that everyone on site has drilled the proper procedures.
