Level 3 is the specialist deep freediving course that will equip you with the advanced equalisation skills, mental techniques and safety drills to take you deeper than ever before.
Diving between 30 and 40 meters, this course is challenging and so rewarding.
Begin to organise and manage your own training and progression, and learn all the tools you need to maximise your performances in the pool and in the ocean.

Requirements
By the end of your course, you will be able to:
IN THE POOL
75m Dynamic with bifins
50m Dynamic No Fins
Static breath hold of 3:30 mins
Demonstrate rescue skills
IN THE OCEAN
Dive to minimum of 30m CWTB (max. 40m) with good technique
Dive to 25m CNF without fins
Demonstrate good buddy technique to 20m
Blackout Rescue from 20 m
No Mask Ascent from 20m
Self rescue ascent with single fin from 20m
FRC and mouthfill technique understood and applied
FIRST AID, CPR + O2
Additionally, you need a valid Emergency First Aid, CPR and O2 Provider certification in order to join a Level 3 course. These are very valuable skills to have as divers or non-divers! We offer this half day course here at Freedive Gili - see React Right for details.
YOUR CERTIFICATION
The course price is 9.200.000 IDR
This includes your certification (upon completion), and all equipment. To add accomodation, see our Diving + Accomodation packages.
Your certification will be recognised worldwide and will allow you to continue freediving at any other school or agency.
Level 3/Wave 3 is the prerequisite certification for the Instructor Course.

What are the prerequisites?
For Level 3, you will need to be certified in Level 1 and 2 (or equivalent). It does not matter which agency you have taken your previous courses in.
Can I combine this course with more training, or my instructor course?
Yes! There are a several great options:
Add a 1-2 day Specialty Course in No-Fins, Monofin or Training Techniques
Combine the Level 3 with your 4 week Master Program
Take Level 3 as preparation for the Instructor Course
Keep up your training with Line Diving or Depth Coaching sessions

How do I get to Gili Trawangan?
