We don’t all have time for a traditional 4-week Master Program - so here is the next best thing!

In this one week immersion, you’ll learn how to train like an athlete to increase your performance as a Freediver.

Our world-class coaches will help you set goals and guide you through 1 x coached pool session and 1 x coached line session. They will design a personalised training plan for the rest of the week so you can train with the rest of our Masters students for up to 6 dive sessions.

You’ll also attend 3 Master Program workshops in the classroom - covering topics that include advanced Equalisation techniques, goal setting, no-fins masterclass, mental techniques for peak performance and more.

This is a perfect stand-alone experience if you’re short on time and want to accelerate your training. It’s also a great option to squeeze in before or after your certification course to help hone your skills in the water.

    Mike lives on Gili Trawangan throughout the year. As one of the deepest divers in the world and most experienced coaches, Mike is an expert at tapping into the subconscious of his athletes, guiding them through mental blocks and getting them to reach their deepest potential. This course has been designed to get you thinking, training and performing like a true athlete.

    An athlete and Instructor Trainer, Veronika is a world-class freediving educator and coach. She will help finesse your technique, improve your relaxation and shape you into the best freediver you can be.
